Thank you for shopping with PawStore. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

- Romania: 3–5 business days for in-stock items; 7–15 business days for items shipped from our international partners.

- Europe: 7–20 business days.

- Rest of world: 10–25 business days.

Because some of our products are sourced directly from trusted international suppliers to keep prices low, certain items may take longer to arrive. We always ship the fastest available method.

Shipping Rates

- Romania: 20 lei flat rate. FREE shipping on all orders over 150 lei.

- International: calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are committed to making it right.
